Medical History
For your comfort and safety of all my clients, you will be asked to carry out a health form, should you have any medical conditions (such as epilepsy, diabetes, pregnancy etc) or take medication, as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.
Patch Test
For your our own health and safety, you will be required to participate in a patch test 48 hours prior to your tinting/lash lifting treatment.You will be required to undertake a new patch test should you have any health changes. (e.g. postive covid19, pregnancy)You will also be ask to carry out a new patch test if it has been more than 6 months, since your last treatment. This policy applies to all clients, even if you have had a patch test in a different salon
Cancellations & No Shows
Whilst I understand emergencies happen, please may I ask that if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you let me know at least 48 hours in advance. Please ensure you notify me via email, text message or phone call.
A cancellation with 48 hours (or less) notice will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
A cancellation with 24 hours (or less) notice will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash
No shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost, and will not be booked again
If you do not pay the cancellation fee then your future appointments will be cancelled and you will not be able to book any future appointments until the
Late arrive
Please arrive at your appointment on time, if you are more than 15 minutes late with no message your appointment will be Cancelled.
